We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in London.In this role you will be the dedicated people partner to our Tech team. You’ll resolve people issues early and fairly, coach managers to lead well and build the career, capability and culture work that helps a fast-growing team perform.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner the CTO and Tech leadership on every people matter, from performance and conflict to restructures and growthHandle employee relations and performance cases end to end, resolving them early, fairly and in line with UK employment lawBuild and run a culture and development plan for Tech, covering career pathways, manager capability and team healthOnboard and support new Tech Directors on the people side of their roles, so they can focus on deliveryUse people data, from engagement and attrition to time to resolution, to spot issues early and show the impact of what we doAbout YouProven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting engineering, data or product teams in a scale-upConfident handling complex employee relations and performance cases, with sound knowledge of UK employment lawExperience designing and landing career frameworks, manager development or similar programmesComfortable challenging and coaching senior technical leaders, and trusted by the people they leadCIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experienceYou thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentHave excellent written and verbal English skillsLast but not least, you’ll have no ego!What You’ll GetPrivate Health Care (Bupa)Hybrid Working (3 days in office)Travel InsuranceCompetitive Base SalaryCompany Bonus SchemePaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)Market-Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference Regular Happy Hours & Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
