Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Resume Refiner, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Resume Refiner helps you discover job listings, refine resumes, generate cover letters, and export application documents. Features may change over time, and some features require a paid plan.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@resumerefiner.online if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other material you submit. You give us permission to store and process that material only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate results. You confirm you have the right to submit the content you provide.

AI-generated output

Refined resumes and cover letters are generated with AI and are designed to preserve the facts you provide, but they can still contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every document before you use it. Do not submit claims about your experience, skills, or credentials that are not true.

Job listings

Job listings come from third-party sources. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any employer or listing, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions or the accuracy of third-party postings. Applications are submitted on the employer’s or source’s own site under their terms.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes a limited number of refinements each rolling seven days. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Plans page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Scrape, resell, or automate access to the service beyond normal personal use.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content about another person without their permission.
• Use the service to create fraudulent or misleading application materials.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in interviews or job offers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume Refiner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
