📋 Tasks and responsibilitiesWithin a large-scale business transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced functional analyst to strengthen the existing teams.You will join a department of around 90 people and contribute to the handover, refactoring and greenfield delivery of business applications. In this role, you are able to cover the full project lifecycle and work effectively in an Agile environment. Build and maintain durable relationships with stakeholders, including business representatives, project stakeholders, team leads and external partners. Identify, analyse, document and validate existing business processes as well as new functional and non-functional user needs. Translate requirements into business solutions through functional analyses, application designs and clear specifications. Collaborate with technical team members to validate functional designs and help translate them into technical specifications. Ensure end-to-end follow-up of the delivery of new functionalities and applications. Prepare and maintain the documentation required throughout the various project phases. Work closely with business analysts and developers to refine and validate the proposed solutions. Coordinate with project managers to report on progress, support decision-making, manage risks and escalate when needed.
