As Business Development Manager (m/f/d) at FlixTrain, you will take full ownership of high-impact projects and partnerships that shape the future of our customer experience. About the Role Support in defining and executing our strategy to become the largest private and most loved provider of long-distance rail transport Drive key strategic projects that enhance the customer experience on board our trains Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including production, partner management, and network and business planning Establish project management structures, including project timelines and steering formats Establish reporting formats (incl. KPI tracking) and prepare presentations for senior management You will play an essential role in transforming the transport industry, which will contribute to the long-term success of the company About You Completed degree in business administration, business & logistics, or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience in operations consulting or management of cross-functional projects in collaboration with several external partners, preferably in the railway industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills (incl. PowerPoint) A track record of successfully implementing complex projects Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated and reliable, with the drive to continuously improve existing structures Full working proficiency in both English and German (both at min.
