Job responsibilities include: The Content & Connections Brand Lead is the marketing leader for the brand Pod, a cross-functional team of Demand Creation experts embedded in and accountable to the business. The role owns Demand Creation for the brand and is accountable for translating business and brand strategy into a holistic, consumer-led marketing plan that builds brand equity, drives demand and delivers measurable business outcomes. As the conductor of an orchestra of experts, you will align internal specialists and agency partners around shared priorities, make clear trade-offs, and lead integrated planning, execution, learning and optimization across the consumer journey. You will report through the General Manager and be accountable to functional and North America Marketing leadership. ·Lead brand Demand Creation strategy, annual plans and execution in-market that build equity, drive demand and deliver business outcomes. · Orchestrate the cross-functional Pod and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) by aligning priorities, decision rights, owners and deliverables, ensuring the collective delivers one connected plan and recommendation to the business. Translate consumer, cultural, category and behavioral insights into integrated, full-funnel content and connections plans across key channels and moments. ·Champion creative excellence by partnering with internal teams and agency partners to develop distinctive, effective work that builds the brand and drives demand. ·Ensure marketing strategies reflect evolving consumer discovery behaviors, including AI- and algorithm-driven experiences. · Strengthen brand relevance by ensuring the brand shows up meaningfully in culture, builds equity over time and remains connected to evolving consumer needs. ·Partner with the General Manager and business leaders to champion creative excellence, consistent execution and culturally relevant brand-building work. Own and steward the brand A&P investment across national, retail, non-working and owned channels, making disciplined trade-offs tied to business priorities and business outcomes. Use marketing and business performance data to establish measurement routines, optimize in-market activity and scale successful learning. ·Build a high-performing, inclusive learning culture where experts are empowered, feedback is expected and teams adapt quickly to consumer and market needs. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required Qualifications ·Bachelor’s degree or higher. ·10+ years of professional experience, preferably within the Consumer Goods Industry. ·Progressive experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, communications, consumer experience or a related discipline. ·Strong marketing and business acumen, including: experience developing brand strategy, positioning and demand-generating plans grounded in consumer, cultural, category and behavioral insights. ·Experience leading integrated, full-funnel marketing planning across the consumer journey with subject-matter experts and agency partners. ·Experience leading agency ecosystems and cross-functional experts to build integrated marketing plans and deliver against shared business objectives. ·Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams and create alignment without relying on formal authority. ·Ability to use marketing and business performance data to assess effectiveness, manage investment, make trade-offs and optimize against business and financial objectives. Preferred Qualifications ·Depth of knowledge in one or more Content & Connections disciplines such as media, creative/content, social, commerce, consumer experience, digital or integrated marketing. ·Experience in consumer-packaged goods or another high-volume consumer category, including exposure to retailer dynamics and consumer demand generation. ·Experience operating in or helping implement new capabilities, tools, operating models or other evolving ways of working. ·Experience championing creative excellence and improving the quality and effectiveness of consumer-facing work. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
