Job Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Lead, Materials Planning & Logistics to play a key role in our regional BAAN to SAP migration journey. This position will be responsible for defining, harmonizing, and deploying best-practice Materials Planning and Logistics processes across our regional organization. The ideal candidate combines deep Supply Chain and Materials Management expertise with SAP implementation experience and the ability to drive business process standardization across multiple locations and functions. This role serves as the critical bridge between business operations, IT, and implementation partners throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the definition, harmonization, and standardization of regional Materials Planning and Logistics processes during SAP implementations. Drive Blueprint and Design workshops to capture business requirements and define future-state processes for supply chain and Logistics. Translate business requirements into standardized SAP solutions in collaboration with IT, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners. Define regional process standards for Material Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Production Supply, and Logistics. Conduct Fit-Gap analyses and identify process improvement opportunities. Support testing, training, data readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Ensure process documentation, governance, and alignment across divisions. Act as the key business representative between Supply Chain operations and SAP project teams. Support SAP rollout and migration projects across multiple business units and locations. Ensure business readiness throughout all phases of implementation. Coordinate process validation, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Drive adoption of global standards and best practices across divisions. Support organizational change management activities and end-user training. Build alignment between regional process requirements and local business needs. Support integrations between SAP and third-party systems, including EDI, MES, WMS, BI, and other manufacturing-related applications Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities. What We're Looking For Experienced Supply Chain professional with strong SAP implementation experience. Deep understanding of Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing processes. Experience defining and improving end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and drive process standardization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to influence change across functions and regions without direct authority. Experience working in regional and cross-functional project teams. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate combines: 50% Materials Planning & Supply Chain Expertise 30% SAP Transformation & Business Process Experience 20% Change Leadership & Stakeholder Management They understand how planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes connect across the end-to-end supply chain and can successfully bridge the gap between business operations and SAP implementation teams. Experience leading or supporting at least one complete SAP implementation lifecycle, from Blueprint and Design through Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare, is strongly preferred. Travel Regular travel to manufacturing and distribution locations is expected, particularly during Blueprint workshops, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization phases. Why Join Us?
