We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated individual who will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business across Yorkshire. Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within defined territory geography. You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by building and maintaining strong business relationships with key surgeons and HCP’s. You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth. Who we want? Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept in building strong relationships Either a clinical background or prior sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills Strong commercial acumen A full, valid UK drivers license What do we offer in return? United Kingdom Pay Range: £33,300 - £55,600 GBP Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
