Your ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the entire product testing cycle, including requirements analysis, design reviews, test case design, test execution, and test report preparationTrack, analyze, and report software issues throughout the testing process; proactively promote timely and effective resolution of defectsContribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and tools; design and execute automated test cases, and help build automated testing environmentsGuarantee the quality of systems under test and drive continual improvements in R&D quality and efficiency through innovation in testing processes and methodologiesThis role is based onsite at our Munich office Your ProfileBachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field, with more than 3 years of testing experienceProficient in English, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with a diverse, international teamStrong knowledge of testing processes, test case design methods, and hands-on experience in Web/App/API/performance testingSkilled in at least one scripting language (such as Python or Java), competent in SQL, and experienced with UI automation, interface testing, and mainstream frameworks like PytestFamiliar with servers, Kafka, Redis, and related technologies; practical SQL expertiseProven project experience in at least two of the following areas: automated testing, performance testing, algorithm testing, or big data testingStrong learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and collaborative, with strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle work pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in the new energy, photovoltaic, or energy storage system industries is a strong plus Be part of an ambitious journey at the forefront of clean energy innovation.
