Intern (m/f/d) Divisional Back Office & Training Operations

This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, learning administration, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement while working closely with teams across the organization. What You Will Do Coordinate training programs, workshops, meetings, and divisional events. Manage participant registrations, schedules, attendance tracking, and training records. Organize meeting logistics, including invitations, agendas, room bookings, and follow-up actions. Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications. Support project execution by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support operational activities. Assist with purchase requests, invoice processing, and budget tracking activities. Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives using business tools and reporting solutions. Support and, where appropriate, independently manage project-related tasks to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and business operations. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communication, Project Management, or a related field. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience through internships, academic projects, or student organizations involving administration, project coordination, event management, or training support. Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, Power Platform, or similar business applications. Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation. German language skills.
