About the Role We're hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to grow and scale Workday Learning, powered by Sana — the channels and programs that that turn our go-to-market plans into pipeline and revenue. This is an execution-focused role at the center of a fast-moving demand gen motion. You'll own initiatives across webinars, email campaigns, paid media, analysis and reporting end to end, working closely with the broader Marketing team. As you build fluency in our systems and process, there's room to expand into other streams as well What You'll Do Own Webinar Programming Run the webinar process all the way from planning to execution Own the schedule, timeline and overall project management Partner with Product Marketing, Solutions Consultants and other teams to build out the content and session Execute promotional emails, post-webinar follow-ups and other initiatives to drive demand and pipeline Operationalize Marketing Systems Be the go-to for reporting and analytics to the marketing team has a clear read on performance across regions and channels. Build familiarity with our tools (Goldcast, email platform, reporting dashboards) and flag ways to make the process more efficient. Take on additional workstreams as you ramp up — this role is built to grow. About You Basic Qualifications Minimum 2+ years' professional experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related high-volume operational role. Workflow Management: Proven ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Execution & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail, with a track record of driving continuous processes without losing track of deliverables. Preferred Qualifications: Systems Experience: Prior experience navigating Workday systems, workflows, or organizational structures is a strong plus. Communication: Excellent written communication skills, tailored for driving promotional campaigns and managing external/internal stakeholder communications. Event Operations: Comfortable hosting, presenting, and providing technical support for virtual events (e.g., conducting dry runs and supporting live webinars). Technical Agility: Fast learner eager to master our event and marketing tech stack (such as Goldcast and automated email platforms) to quickly take end-to-end ownership. Growth Mindset: A proactive builder mentality with the motivation to streamline processes and solve problems independently.
