Title and Summary Manager, Product Management Overview: The Mastercard Digital Enablement Services (MDES) team is looking for a self-started, result oriented product manager to manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects across MDES and partnering organizations to deliver on our digital and tokenization agenda. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, with program and project management skills and product background. Role Responsibilities • Partner across product, engineering, and business teams to align strategy, synchronize roadmaps, and drive execution against shared objectives. • Understanding and ability to lead Digital Core prioritization process across Digital and Core Switching, effectively communicating priorities, trade-offs, commitments, and changes to senior leadership. • Manage bi-weekly program reviews, roadmap updates, executive reporting, and related program governance activities. • Participate in product and business prioritization discussions to ensure alignment of investments, resources, and delivery commitments. • Drive efficient engagement with UK leadership and key stakeholders to maintain internal and external MDES and digital roadmap alignment and delivery commitments. • Own and continuously enhance product and program documentation, including Confluence sites and knowledge repositories used by stakeholders across the organization. • Partner with Digital programs to evolve the One Operating Model and improve cross-functional collaboration and execution. • Identify and implement process and tooling improvements, working closely with Mastercard tooling teams to optimize platforms such as Aha! and Jira. • Serve as the subject matter expert for Digital and MDES roadmaps, identifying opportunities that support strategic business priorities and customer needs. • Define and manage product epics and features to support MDES initiatives, while partnering with Product Managers to deliver high-quality solutions to market. • Manage and participate in program ceremonies. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
