As an Enterprise Tableau Specialist, you'll partner closely with our Enterprise Account Executives, bringing deep platform expertise and strategic insight to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and help customers see and understand their data in entirely new ways. This is a high-impact specialist role for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems with data, influencing at the highest levels, and driving strategic deals forward alongside a core enterprise sales team. Location: Office-based, office-flexible, or remote, depending on team. What You'll Do Partner with Enterprise AEs as the Tableau subject-matter expert — helping qualify large, complex opportunities, shape deal strategy, and accelerate pipeline across the full Tableau platform. Build trusted, executive-level relationships across large, matrixed organizations, positioning yourself as the go-to advisor for how Tableau's analytics platform drives enterprise-scale business outcomes. Co-develop and execute strategic account plans with your aligned AE(s), channel partners, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, navigating long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers. Collaborate with product support, customer success, and sales engineering to design solutions that scale across large, complex environments. Drive platform expansion within existing enterprise accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across business units and geographies. What You Bring 8-10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including significant time in an enterprise field/quota-carrying or specialist sales role. A track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and driving large-scale platform adoption. Strong executive presence — you're comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level and senior leadership at Fortune 500-scale organizations. A collaborative mindset — you're energized by working as part of a broader account team (AEs, SEs, and CS) to win and grow strategic accounts. Nice to Have Experience selling business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms to enterprise/global accounts. Experience building and executing account/territory plans across complex, matrixed organizations with multiple business units. At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $214,400 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $135,300 - $235,850 per year.
