The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, movement, replenishment, staging, and shipment of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment to support manufacturing operations and meet customer expectations. The role performs both physical and administrative warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, picking, kitting, point-of-use and Kanban replenishment, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and accurate ERP or WMS transactions. This position coordinates and monitors material flow, supports production scheduling and prioritization, communicates shortages and inventory concerns, and maintains proper labeling, storage, and stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO principles. The Material Handler provides timely support to internal and external stakeholders, contributes to inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures all activities comply with applicable quality, safety, environmental, local, national, and international requirements. This position reports to the Materials & Warehouse Manager and is part of the Operations Team located in Vancouver and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Monitor and replenish point-of-use inventory. Execute Kanban replenishment activities to ensure uninterrupted supply to production Receive, store, move, and stage materials to support production schedules. Pick, kit, and stage materials according to production work orders. Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials Who you are: High school diploma or equivalent. ERP & Inventory Management experience managing inventory and transactions using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. Kanban & Material Replenishment: Hands-on experience with Kanban, point-of-use replenishment, and visual inventory management to support uninterrupted production. The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $42,500 – $70,000 CAD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
