Senior Omnichannel Specialist, ComEx Omnichannel Strategy & Enablement Take ownership of customer portfolio or territory, working with customers and healthcare professionals to improve commercial growth and patient care. As Senior Omnichannel Specialist, ComEx Omnichannel Strategy & Enablement, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving. What you’ll be doing: • Support efforts to leverage segmentation to create personalized cross-promotional opportunities that customers through the funnel while providing value along the way. • Collaborate across teams to analyze programs performance and make data-driven recommendations to grow audiences and revenues across multiple channels (e.g. website, email, social media etc). • Support the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to scale campaign planning, content creation, personalization, audience targeting, and performance optimization across omnichannel programs. • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Digital, and IT teams to evaluate, implement, and promote innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization. • Working for a global pharma/med tech leader. What you’ll bring: • You will collaboratively develop growth opportunities, manage tactics across projects, and track performance metrics that effectively enhance the customer experience.In this role you'll get the role to. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field required. • Solid experience (5+ years) from a similar position, preferably from a digital agency and/or from a global/international B2B company. • Experience growing revenues and measuring impact metrics required. • Experience driving engagement with owned and paid audiences. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 176 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
