Sales Incentives Analyst Take ownership of customer portfolio or territory, working with customers and healthcare professionals to improve commercial growth and patient care. As Sales Incentives Analyst, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving. What you’ll be doing: • Develop Incentive Strategies: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement sales incentive plans that align with business goals. • Lead Quarterly Incentive Calculations: Own the operational process for calculating and validating sales incentives across Western Europe. • Perform Incentive Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely incentive reports based on Business Unit needs to support decision-making. • Collaborate with Finance: Support the accrual process and ensure accurate financial alignment for incentive payouts. • Support Annual Planning: Partner with FP&A teams on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and secure sign-off from leadership. • Drive Process Innovation: Find opportunities to automate, centralize, and standardize incentive processes for greater efficiency. • Working for a global pharma/med tech leader. What you’ll bring: • Leverage Data & Technology: Work with sophisticated datasets and SQL-based tools to enable digital transformation and optimization. • University degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor or Master of any related field. • Well-developed presentation and communication skills. • Excellent analytical Skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL and Tableau / MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Powerpivot, Powerpoint). • Experience in Incentive and Terrority Design are a plus. • Fluent English and Polish command / other languages are a plus. • PROFICIENCIES:To perform this role successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
