Are you ready to help shape the future of Nike Football in our Northern Europe region? As Lead Professional, Brand Marketing, Football, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Nike’s football brand strategy across Northern Europe, with a strong focus on the key markets in the Benelux and the Nordics. Based in Nike’s European Headquarters, you'll join the Northern Europe Marketing team, where sport, culture, and community intersect. Your role will bring Nike’s football vision to life through strategic campaigns, powerful storytelling, and locally relevant activations that build authentic connections with athletes, consumers, and cultural leaders. You'll adapt global and EMEA campaigns for maximum impact in the region, ensuring Nike remains at the centre of the game and the culture that surrounds it. As part of your role, you'll also own the marketing relationship for selected Nike high-profile football partnerships (including the KNVB and the Norwegian Federation), helping to amplify the brand through our athletes, clubs, and key moments that inspire the next generation. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH In this role, the Lead Professional will be part of the Northern Europe Brand Marketing team and collaborate closely with functional partners across Sports Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Sales, Communications, Energy Marketing, and Social & Community Impact. The Lead Professional will work in close partnership with the EMEA Football team and, at times, the Global Football team to ensure consistency, alignment, and impact across the marketplace. They will also build strong relationships with external partners across the football ecosystem, including athletes, clubs, federations, and retail accounts. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking brand marketer with a strong connection to football and a strong understanding of the Benelux and Nordics football landscape. They know how to transform consumer insights into culturally relevant ideas and compelling storytelling that drives brand connection and business impact. They thrive in collaborative environments, bring focus and momentum to every project, and are comfortable navigating complexity while influencing diverse stakeholders. They will bring: A proven track record in brand marketing roles requiring strong cross-functional collaboration Experience in football marketing, with a strong understanding of the football consumer and cultural landscape in the region. Experience working with professional athletes, clubs, or federations, with the ability to build and manage relationships effectively Familiarity with the Benelux and/or Nordic football retail environment and experience collaborating with retail partners Demonstrated success leading projects and aligning internal and external teams behind a common vision A strong connection to football culture and an understanding of its influence both on and off the pitch Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English is required. Dutch or a Nordic language would be an advantage. A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing Northern Europe, you'll be responsible for delivering Nike Football’s brand impact across the region. You'll lead the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, from strategic development through to activation. You'll bring energy, creativity, and precision to product launches, major football moments, and initiatives that keep Nike at the forefront of football culture in the region. Your work will connect Nike’s global football vision with local consumer insights, creating experiences and stories that are authentic, meaningful, and culturally relevant. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure every execution reflects the voice of the Northern European football consumer while staying true to Nike’s broader brand direction. Through your leadership, you'll help shape how Nike shows up across football in the Benelux and Nordics, building deeper connections with athletes and fans while driving brand distinction across these important football markets.
