As the Senior Demo Engineer you will have a significant impact on our Solution Engineering's success by specialising in designing and implementing creative demo solutions and hands-on workshops for our customers and partners. The Demo Engineering team manages and delivers simple-to-use, flexible, reliable and user-friendly demonstration and workshop assets that enable our Solution Engineers to take our customers and partners on engaging personalized journeys so they understand how to scale their data and AI initiatives in this new all digital world. What You Will Actually Be Doing Drive demo and workshop development from idea to reality across Analytics & BI, Compliance & ESG, and Cloud Modernization use cases for reusable demo assets, custom demos, and partner/customer workshops. Partner with Community of Practice and Industry stakeholders within the organization; lead requirements gathering and identification of use case priorities based on demand and market opportunity. Design, and build end-to-end demos and workshops leveraging IDMC Data Governance and Data Integration services, applied to Analytics & BI, Compliance & ESG, and Cloud Modernization scenarios. Design and develop hands-on workshop curricula for both partners and customers, including structured exercises, guided labs, and enablement materials. Project manage your delivery lifecycle from use case, feature prioritization, storyboarding, demo/workshop asset design, configuration, QA validation, release communication to SE enablement. Provide deep technical knowledge and configuration of IDMC Data Governance and Data Integration services for our global SE stakeholders and workshop participants. Build and automate demo and workshop scenarios using API integrations and Python, including leveraging Claude (AI) to accelerate development. Deliver custom demo and workshop support on strategic deals, partner enablement initiatives, and opportunities. Monitor and respond to stakeholder questions; troubleshoot issues with demo/workshop environments and collaborate with technical teams as needed to resolve them. Mentor the team on best practices, both technical and business focus. Customer-centric solutions and design-thinking mindset. You're Our Person If Minimum of 4 to 6 years relevant work experience in SaaS/Data Engineering solution development, with strong scripting or programming skills. Working knowledge of IDMC's Data Governance and Data Integration services desired; broader IDMC experience is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with Analytics & BI, Compliance & ESG use cases is required. Strong API connectivity and Python skills; experience leveraging Claude (or similar AI tools) for building demos and workshops is preferred. Excellent configuration and development skills, paired with the ability to demonstrate solutions through storytelling and to design engaging, hands-on workshop content. Technical aptitude to understand data models, system integration, data migration, and how to implement data governance and integration solutions. Project management skills to orchestrate complex projects, and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. A strong working knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks). Continual learning and development; stay up to date on the fast-paced Informatica product release cycles; implement new products into our demo and workshop environments. Even Better If Experience as a solution engineer or demo engineer, ideally within Analytics & BI, Compliance & ESG, or Cloud Modernization domains. Prior experience designing or delivering technical workshops for partners or customers. Hands-on experience with IDMC (Data Governance, Data Integration, or other modules). Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP), or experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms.
