Pay Transparency The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is €115,500 - €189,750 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Job Description What is it all about? Visa Commercial Solutions team is responsible of driving the sales of Visa Commercial products and solutions towards Visa clients across the cluster. Our teams work in close collaboration with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders and teams. We are fueled by a diverse team of talented team-members who continuously raise the bar on delivering best-in-class products and services to our clients. This role will report into the Head of Visa Commercial Solutions in Nordic and Baltic region. This is a unique opportunity to be part the fast-moving world of payments. This role will be responsible for partnering with regional leader to achieve aggressive sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of Visa Commercial Solutions by driving new sales growth. In this role you will be focusing on Fintech and FI space but also work with the client and opportunities related to wider B2B scope. We will be working in an agile environment so this person must be proactive in ensuring we achieve our goals, and skilled in pivoting and adjusting as new information and opportunities come to light. What we expect of you, day to day: Leads prospecting and new customer acquisition strategies for opportunities beyond existing Visa relationships. Builds relationships with new stakeholders externally and internally. Researches customer and market trends to identify potential new clients and opportunities, introduce innovative solutions and position Visa as a market leader Assesses deal potential after identifying new opportunities based on strong Visa product and solution knowledge, and maintains cross-functional relationships to pull in specialists where needed to drive deals forward Leads with a client first sales mindset and creates custom, differentiated solutions that grow Visa and clients business Leverages internal (e.g., Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Marketing) and external partnerships to bring the best of Visa to clients Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Experience: Senior level B2B sales experience, particularly in payments Experience selling to fintech and bank customers Wide network locally (Nordics & Baltics region) within Fintechs, financial institutions and ISV’s and experience on growing and developing the market. Knowledge Focus Areas: Knowledge of card issuing/payments/fintechs/ISV’s in general is a must Deep knowledge of the various sales cycles and stages Knowledge of payments landscape and local players (e.g. banks, FI’s, Fintechs) Skills and competencies: The successful candidate will effectively lead new customer acquisition activities and independently manage them throughout the entire sales cycle. In doing so, the candidate can work collaboratively across internal Visa functions to solve complex problems and serve as the face of Visa to external partners. The ideal candidate will bring passion for and interest in Payments and Commercial Solutions with client-relationship building skills, presence, knowledge of sales strategies and priorities.
