Brevo’s Growth Marketing team works to make Brevo one of the most trusted and frequently recommended solutions across traditional search, AI platforms, creators, affiliates, and review sites. We’re looking for a structured, curious, and detail-oriented working student to support the operational side of this work. You will help keep our content processes, affiliate program, and recurring marketing operations accurate and moving. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital and growth marketing while learning how SEO, AI visibility, content, partnerships, and performance data work together in an international SaaS company. Your Impact at Brevo: Content and website operations: Create, upload, format, and update content in our content management system Coordinate content publication across different markets and languages Check pages for formatting, links, metadata, tracking, and other editorial requirements Support updates to existing blog articles, landing pages, and other website content Maintain content trackers and keep publication statuses accurate Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or quality issues to the appropriate team member Help document and improve repeatable content workflows Affiliate program operations: Review new affiliate applications using established criteria Carry out recurring quality and compliance checks across affiliate accounts Support the identification of suspicious activity, low-quality traffic, and potential affiliate fraud Keep affiliate records, partner statuses, and internal documentation up to date Help with recurring commission and performance checks Escalate unusual cases to the responsible affiliate manager Who you are: You are currently enrolled in a university program in marketing, business, communications, media, languages, or a related field You are available for up to 20 hours per week You have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail You enjoy structured work and take pride in keeping information accurate You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and repeatable processes You can follow clear guidelines while recognizing when something needs to be escalated You communicate clearly and are comfortable working with colleagues across different countries and functions You are proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of operational tasks You are fluent in written and spoken English Nice to have: Initial experience in digital marketing, content management, SEO, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce Familiarity with a content management system such as WordPress Confidence working with Google Sheets or Excel An interest in AI tools and how people discover brands through platforms such as ChatGPT and Google Knowledge of German, French, or another European language You do not need to know all our tools before joining.
