Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description This is a rare opportunity to build P&G’s first in-house TikTok Shop team for P&G Beauty on the hottest and fastest moving platform in commerce. The TikTok Shop Manager is accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, and talkability of P&G Beauty brands on TikTok Shop. This role delivers end‑to‑end growth by integrating brand strategy, content, assortment, creator/affiliate performance, consumer insights, fulfillment, and digital/data capabilities into a cohesive operating model. Success is defined by building a scalable, profitable, and talk‑able TikTok Shop growth engine that delivers sustained impact for our brands. In this role, you will: Lead and partner with a multi-disciplinary team (including Communications, IT, Media, Design, Finance, Product Supply) to develop strategies to grow sales on and off the TikTok Shop platform. Manage all communication with Brand leaders in the category, aligning the assortment based on brand strategies and collaborating to improve brand performance on the TikTok Shop platform. Be a growth-focused business leader for TikTok Shop in P&G Beauty. Foster a culture of data-based decision making – analyzing complex data sets to identify channel and consumer insights for brand growth. Test and scale new affiliate engagement, content, and conversion tactics on TikTok Shop Job Skills Performance Marketing Sales and Direct Selling Brand Strategy Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Cross-Functional Team Leadership and Influence Data‑Driven Decision Making and Analytics Job Qualifications 1-2 years or more in DTC, marketplace, KOL/affiliate or e-commerce growth roles Track record of forward-thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills. Demonstrated strengths in strategic and analytical thinking and a passion for problem-solving. An exceptional ability to drive innovation and brand growth. Superior communication skills that will enable you to influence key decision makers internally and externally to P&G. Demonstrated passion for leveraging new digital, data, and AI capabilities to drive business growth and transform our ways of working. Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 – $122,200 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
