Title and Summary PMO Manager – Commercial Acceptance Product Mastercard Corporate Solutions large market payments business is shaping the future of commercial payments by building innovative products, platforms, and partnerships that help businesses move money smarter, faster, and more securely. We are seeking a PMO Manager with a payments or financial services background to lead governance and execution for our Acceptance product program. You will partner with Global Product, Commercialization, and Regional leaders to turn strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. What You'll Do Strategic Program Leadership & Commercialization • Serve as the PMO lead for Commercial Acceptance Product and Engineering, acting as the trusted execution partner and central source of truth across strategic initiatives. • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance routines, success metrics, and commercialization outcomes. • Lead Steering Committee meetings and face off against EVP/SVP level stakeholders. • Independently drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs spanning teams, regions, and enterprise dependencies. • Bring structure to ambiguous priorities by aligning stakeholders, clarifying objectives, and establishing clear paths to execution. • Drive launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and commercialization governance to support client adoption, implementation readiness, and business growth. • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and decision points, providing recommendations and escalating issues as appropriate. Performance Management & Business Impact • Establish and manage KPIs, program scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure execution performance and business outcomes. • Support business case development and track benefits realization against defined financial, operational, and strategic targets. • Analyze trends, identify execution gaps, and partner with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to develop corrective action plans. • Use data, insights, and structured problem solving to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement. • Help teams move from status reporting to outcome management, with a clear focus on measurable impact. All About You Required Qualifications • Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or management consulting working with product organizations. • Understanding of payment ecosystem. • Background in PMO, commercialization, strategic execution, or management consulting. • Track record leading cross-functional business initiatives in a matrixed global organization. • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence without authority. • Strong analytical skills and business judgment. • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Preferred Qualifications • Direct experience at transaction banks, acquirers, processors, or payment networks. • Understanding of interchange, pricing, and acceptance economics. • Experience with commercialization and go-to-market execution. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
