Job Posting Title: Clearance Specialist (Project Hire) Req ID: 10161887 Job Description: The Clearance Specialist for the Iron Mountain Archive Project conducts rights reviews of materials retrieved from storage and electronic databases. The role reviews contracts, releases, talent agreements, and related documentation to identify and document rights, usage restrictions, and other material limitations. The specialist maintains accurate rights records and communicates relevant information to studios, the Clearance team, and other stakeholders. When time permits, the Clearance Specialist provides additional support to studios and the Clearance team. This position is a Project Hire approved until September 2027. What You Will Do: Review contracts, releases, talent agreements, and related documents for rights and usage information. Conduct rights reviews of physical archive materials and electronic records. Identify, document, and archive rights, restrictions, and usage limitations. Ensure rights information is complete and accurately captured for each program. Communicate rights information and restrictions to relevant stakeholders. Maintain organized records to support reporting, audits, and future reference. Collaborate with Clearance Coordinator and project teams to ensure accurate rights documentation. Provide additional project support as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience with production deliverables. Familiarity with production releases and related documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to analyze rights-related documentation and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. The hiring range for this remote position is $62,200 to $95,900 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
