Job Description The Manager, Sales Enablement & Process Management is responsible for driving consistency, effectiveness, and operational excellence across key seller processes within Visa's Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization in CEMEA. This role owns the frameworks, governance, enablement, and continuous improvement of critical sales processes that support seller productivity and commercial execution. Working across Product, Commercialization, Sales Excellence, Finance, Marketing, and Regional Leadership teams, the role ensures sellers have access to the right content, processes, tools, training, and governance structures required to execute effectively. The role acts as the regional process owner and orchestrator for key seller programs including Knowledge Management, AANR governance, Sales Plays, Lead Management, Training Management, and SIP governance support, ensuring alignment between global direction and regional execution. Key Responsibilities: Knowledge Management Framework & Platform Governance Own the CEMEA CMS knowledge management framework and govern Compass and SharePoint as trusted, accessible sources of seller content. Establish clear standards for content ownership, quality, lifecycle, structure, and review in partnership with Product, Commercialization, and Business Unit teams. Continuously improve content relevance, discoverability, platform adoption, and the overall seller knowledge experience. AANR Governance & Validation Lead the regional AANR validation process, partnering with Finance, Sales Excellence, Product, and Sales to ensure submissions meet established recognition and evidence requirements. Validate and reconcile submissions for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness, while identifying governance and data quality risks. Provide leadership with clear visibility into validation progress, key risks, remediation actions, and opportunities to strengthen the operating framework. Sales Plays Approach & Delivery Own the CEMEA CMS Sales Plays operating model and coordinate the full lifecycle from prioritization and readiness through launch, seller activation, measurement, and post launch review. Orchestrate Global and Regional stakeholders across Product, Commercialization, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and Sales to ensure clear ownership and consistent execution. Evaluate adoption, lead and pipeline contribution, and commercial outcomes to inform leadership decisions and continuously improve future Sales Plays. Lead Management Own the regional lead management framework, connecting campaign activity, seller follow up, opportunity attribution, and pipeline reporting. Partner across Marketing, Product, Commercialization, Business Units, and Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, data discipline, and seller accountability. Monitor lead progression and performance, addressing process gaps and providing transparent reporting on execution and commercial impact. CMS Training Management Own the CEMEA CMS training framework and calendar, orchestrating Global, Regional, and Business Unit enablement activities into a coordinated learning experience aligned with seller needs and commercial priorities. Establish a structured training needs assessment process, using seller feedback, business priorities, performance insights, and stakeholder input to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning interventions. Embed critical seller processes, tools, and governance requirements into onboarding and ongoing learning journeys to improve role readiness and execution consistency. Measure participation, adoption, seller feedback, and effectiveness to continuously improve training quality and business impact. SIP Governance Support Serve as the designated backup for SIP governance, supporting continuity of validation, reporting, and governance activities when required. Partner with Finance, Sales Excellence, and business stakeholders to maintain data accuracy, process compliance, and reliable performance reporting. Support process documentation and improvement initiatives that strengthen governance consistency and operational resilience. Other Design and continuously improve regional operating models, workflow standards, ownership structures, and controls for assigned seller processes, translating Global frameworks into practical CEMEA execution. Establish structured feedback loops with sellers, Business Units, and Regional stakeholders to identify process friction, assess effectiveness, and inform future improvements. Qualifications BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Finance. Preferred candidate with MBA/ relevant masters degree. 6-8 years experience in sales/ sales support, marketing, finance or equivalent fields Experience in process optimization, sales and lead management within B2B organizations, ideally with multi-product solutions Experience in and/or significant exposure to the financial services/payments industry required Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output Proficiency in tools like Claude, Co-pilot, Perplexity, Power BI and Tableau Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables Key Competencies: Structured thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent collaborator, able to influence without authority and rally resources to achieve business goals Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity Innovative, able to think outside the box and drive projects to completion Attention to detail, supporting recommendations with data and facts Strong personal presence and communication skills, both verbal and written Self-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment This is a hybrid position.
