We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Product and Channel Marketing with a strong background in brand management, channel development, and the insurance industry. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product sales, enhance product knowledge and understanding, analyze performance metrics, and optimize product offerings. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing initiatives. What are we expecting from this role? Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of channel marketing campaigns and product launches to support business growth. Execute channel marketing initiatives aligned with Sales & Distribution (S&D) objectives and business priorities. Develop and launch targeted customer marketing campaigns in collaboration with partner banks (Bancassurance Channel). Implement lead generation strategies across offline and digital channels to drive product sales and agent recruitment, including lead nurturing initiatives. Create impactful customer engagement opportunities that foster meaningful conversations between the sales force and target customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capture new business opportunities, including merchandise planning and seasonal promotions. Plan and execute successful product launches that increase market awareness and drive business results. Deliver category-led marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, product lines, and distribution channels. Manage agency branding initiatives to strengthen the employer value proposition and support agent recruitment efforts. Who are we looking for? 5+ years of experience at the Marketing Campaign Manager level. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Ability to partner seamlessly across internal departments, distribution channels, and external partners (e.g., bank partners and vendors) to align priorities, gain buy-in without direct authority, and drive business execution. Strong understanding of target audience behavior and the ability to balance the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to develop integrated campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans for new product launches. Strong understanding of channel marketing strategies, performance marketing, distribution enablement (e.g., bancassurance and agency sales channels), and channel-specific promotional toolkits. Expertise in translating technical product features into compelling customer benefits and effective sales narratives. Demonstrated proficiency in work breakdown structures, campaign planning, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and delivery management, leveraging tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and generative AI. Ability to develop and manage campaign budgets, monitor cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition metrics, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to optimize return on investment. Self-motivated, proactive, and agile in identifying growth opportunities, with a strong can-do attitude and the resilience to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and value propositions into compelling marketing stories that resonate with target audiences. Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment while independently managing multiple concurrent product launches, campaigns, events, and promotional activities from concept through execution.
