Translate high-level business goals into precise, actionable requirements and data models that our engineering team and AI tools can execute on. Bridge communication seamlessly across stakeholders, developers, and users in German, English, and Italian. Manage sprints, remove blockers, and maintain high velocity without unnecessary bureaucratic overhead. Review shipped features against acceptance criteria, ensuring high quality, solid UX, and real business impact. Strong technical literacy: you understand modern web stacks, databases (Postgres), APIs, and how software architecture works. Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows and how they impact product planning and velocity. Obsession with clarity: ability to write concise specs, edge-cases, and acceptance criteria that eliminate ambiguity.
