This role’s mission is to manage, protect, and maximize the value of an organization's data assets by ensuring they are accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant. You will act as business custodians who implement data governance policies, improve data quality, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. Your contribution to something big: Defines, aligns and executes product roadmap together with product owner and product teams; Close alignment with product owner, central IT, agile master and external service provider to observe current and plan future sprints; Responsible to steer the test team and approve user stories; Operatively driving migration, including data cleansing, and 3rd level support (handling tickets, support to lower levels, bug fixing in daily business); Supports technical and solution concepts based on business requirements and architectural guidelines with enterprise architects; Responsible for the complete IT delivery of the B usiness Partner (Customer/Vendor) in an agile environment. What distinguishes you: Education Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical professional experience). Experience Around 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role combining enterprise SAP systems with business process design. Demonstrated track record of leading or facilitating projects with close collaboration between IT units and business user departments. Agile project management experience is welcome and a track record of collaboration between IT and user departments are advantages. Know-how Solid functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP R/3, with practical exposure to key modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or the Business Partner (BP) model. Familiarity with enterprise data architecture concepts, IT infrastructure principles, or data management standards is a strong asset. Athena experience is a plus. Languages Fluent English and Portuguese (written and verbal) are required for effective daily collaboration across international teams. Knowledge of German is considered a welcome advantage.
