As a Senior People Partner, based in London, you'll act as the strategic owner of the people agenda for a function, supporting UK & Ireland teams. You'll be a true thought partner to senior leadership, shaping the organization as it scales while driving performance, accountability, and organizational health.You'll own the people strategy for your function across UK & Ireland, reporting to the Director, Business Partnering EMEA, and working closely with our Employee Relations function on case management as it arises.
