Job Description: The Service Delivery Center of Excellence Program Manager leads strategic Global Service Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) programs across AMS, EMEA, LATAM and APJ, driving operational excellence, process standardization, governance and continuous improvement. Identifies and implements scalable global processes and operating models that improve efficiency, consistency, quality and business performance while addressing essential regional requirements. The role comes with recognized authority in global service-delivery transformation, continuous improvement, process optimization and operational excellence. Defines strategy, operating mechanisms and standardized processes that can be implemented consistently across AMS, EMEA, LATAM and APJ while accommodating essential regional or regulatory requirements. Leads large, complex, cross-functional and cross-regional programs that influence long-term organizational objectives, operational efficiency, service quality and scalability. Develops innovative approaches, establishes functional direction and exercises independent judgment in complex and ambiguous global environments. Influences senior and executive stakeholders across regions, facilitates agreement on global standards, and guides cross-functional teams and program or project leaders without direct people-management responsibility as the primary job function. How you´ll make your mark: Lead Global Service Delivery CoE programs. Define strategy, scope, roadmaps, governance, milestones, risks and success measures for complex initiatives across AMS, EMEA, LATAM and APJ. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Use structured methods, operational data and KPIs to identify root causes, remove duplication and bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities and measure realized benefits. Lead process mapping, redesign and standardization. Assess current-state workflows, design improved future-state processes and translate changes into scalable operating models, controls, templates and ways of working. Balance global standards with regional requirements. Partner across regions and functions to accommodate essential business or regulatory needs without creating unnecessary variation. Lead change and adoption. Develop and execute plans that embed new processes, tools and operating practices across global teams and sustain improvements. Manage governance, financials and value realization. Oversee forecasts and approved budgets where applicable, track risks and dependencies, quantify impact and communicate progress, decisions and outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery. Coordinate resources across countries, regions and functions, establish accountability and sustain delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Global remit across AMS, EMEA, LATAM and APJ, affecting multiple countries, functions and Service Delivery teams. Drives measurable, sustainable improvements in efficiency, consistency, quality, cost effectiveness and scalability through global processes and operating standards. Programs may have significant business or financial impact and require disciplined benefit tracking, executive governance and long-term organizational commitment. Operates within highly complex global environments where regional priorities, existing processes, customer requirements, regulatory considerations and global standardization objectives must be reconciled. Leads initiatives involving multiple regions, organizations and functions, often with interconnected projects and competing priorities. Must be capable of analyzing different regional ways of working and determining what can and should be standardized globally. Provides functional direction to project managers, workstream leaders and subject-matter experts across regions. Requires strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to deliver sustainable change across different time zones and operating environments. About you: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred. Significant experience leading global or multi-region operational transformation, continuous improvement, process improvement or operational-excellence initiatives. Hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis, redesign and implementation, including translating improvement opportunities into standardized, scalable global solutions. Experience working across AMS, EMEA, LATAM and APJ or comparable global environments, influencing senior stakeholders and securing agreement without direct authority. PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma or comparable program-management or continuous-improvement certification preferred. Expertise in continuous improvement, operational excellence, process mapping, analysis, optimization and global process standardization. Ability to progress from current-state assessment and root-cause analysis through future-state design, implementation, adoption and benefits measurement. Strong program governance, portfolio planning, risk management, financial management, benefits realization and executive reporting skills. Advanced stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, organizational-change and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders globally and communicate complex information and status updates clearly and concisely. Proficiency with process-mapping and visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio, and advanced analytical and reporting capability using Microsoft Excel, Tableau or Power BI. Experience using program, project-management and collaboration platforms to manage complex global initiatives and communicate operational improvement opportunities.
