Production Technician (Twilight Shift) Monday to Friday | Primary Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm | £27,000 + £4,000 Shift Allowance Shift Pattern This role operates Monday to Friday on a rotating weekly shift pattern. The primary shift is 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Twilight Shift). However, candidates must be flexible to work: 7:00am to 3:00pm 10:00am to 6:00pm These alternative shifts will be required during the initial training period and may occasionally be required thereafter to support business needs. Production Technician – Night Shift Take ownership of equipment performance and technical reliability, working with engineering, operations and customers to improve uptime, service and safe operation. As Production Technician – Night Shift, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving. What you’ll be doing • As a Production Technician, you'll support all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. • Label products accurately according to approved specifications. • Perform equipment checks and set-up activities. • Prioritise workload to meet production schedules. • Manufacture compounded products following approved procedures. • Demonstrate and maintain validated aseptic technique. • Maintain productivity and quality standards. What you’ll bring • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. • Good computer skills and confidence using digital systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. • Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated environment is desirable. £27,000 base salary per annum plus a £4,000 shift allowance per annum this role gives you the scope of a global healthcare organisation while keeping your contribution close to the work, customers and products it supports.
