Position Summary (Purpose of job): About the Role McKesson is seeking a Lead Integration Architect to define and lead enterprise integration architecture strategies that enable secure, scalable, and reliable business solutions across the organization. This role will establish integration standards, govern architectural patterns, and guide complex platform integrations that support critical business capabilities. As a strategic technical leader, you will collaborate with product, platform, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to design modern integration solutions leveraging ServiceNow Integration-Hub, APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration platforms. You will influence technology direction, mentor technical teams, and drive innovation that delivers measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do Define and communicate enterprise integration architecture strategy, standards, patterns, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions, including custom Spoke development and reusable integration frameworks. Architect secure and scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, event-driven messaging, and enterprise integration patterns. Design and optimize ServiceNow MID Server architecture to support secure communication between cloud and on-premises environments. Establish API governance frameworks, integration standards, security controls, and lifecycle management practices. Design Data Stream Actions, ETL processes, and data movement strategies that support operational and analytical workloads. Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical leadership across enterprise initiatives. Mentor engineers and architects, promote architectural best practices, and drive continuous improvement across integration capabilities. Basic Requirements 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, software architecture, or related technology roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions and custom Spokes. Experience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, Graph-QL, and event-driven architectures. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns, API design, API security, and API governance. Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow MID Server architecture. Experience implementing Data Stream Actions, ETL/ELT solutions, and enterprise data integration patterns. Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, influence technical decisions, and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders. Preferred Skills/Experience Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP, Azure services, MuleSoft, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience working with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms. Knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform and infrastructure automation practices. Experience operating within highly regulated environments with strong security and compliance requirements. Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, hybrid integration platforms, and platform modernization initiatives. Experience evaluating vendors, conducting proof-of-concepts, and developing technology roadmaps. Demonstrated success mentoring architects, engineers, and technical teams. Industry certifications in ServiceNow, Integration Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Azure, or related technologies.
