Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant (Freelance)

For a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant. We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities. Project setup: Contract: Freelance Location: Remote Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume Tasks Support for Oracle Payroll Analysis of complex payroll and integration issues Root cause analysis Support with payroll configuration and smaller changes Fast Formula HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL BI Publisher Support with Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces Support with releases, testing and hypercare Requirements Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience Strong Oracle Payroll expertise Productive support and troubleshooting experience Good knowledge of Fast Formula Experience with HCM Extracts Experience with HDL/HSDL Experience with payroll integrations Very good English skills Nice-to-haves Oracle Integration Cloud BI Publisher ADP GlobalView or other external payroll systems International payroll landscapes Core HR Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
