What will you doTake a leading role in building the frontend of our new data platform from scratch (0→1), shaping how non-technical users interact with complex data workflowsOwn the frontend architecture and user experience of the platform, making pragmatic decisions that balance speed and long-term scalabilityBuild and ship high-quality, production-ready features using React and TypeScriptRapidly prototype, iterate, and improve complex user flows for data onboarding and pipeline configurationActively challenge product and design decisions, taking ownership of making the product intuitive and usableDefine and evolve frontend patterns, component architecture, and state management approachesCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend to turn high-level problems into working solutionsDrive code quality through hands-on development, code reviews, and pairingSpend a significant portion of your time writing production code and building core features yourselfGuide and support other frontend engineers through hands-on collaboration and technical leadershipWhat are we looking for?5+ years of experience in modern frontend development with React and TypeScriptStrong experience building complex, interactive UIs and defining frontend architectureProven ability to build products from scratch (0→1) or work in highly iterative environmentsStrong product mindset — you think about usability, user flows, and real-world usage, not just implementationComfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect specsExperience working closely with Product and Design, contributing to better solutionsAbility to take ownership and drive features from idea to productionExcellent English communication skills, able to work closely with our Germany-/Thailand-based engineering teamsBerlin-based (or willing to relocate)Nice-to-haveExperience with data-heavy or workflow-driven UIs (ETL, pipelines, dashboards, internal tools)Familiarity with SDK-based or API-driven productsExperience with performance optimization and complex state managementFamiliarity with ISO 27001-aligned engineering practicesKnowledge of AWS and cloud-native concepts (useful when integrating with backend teams)Experience in agentic coding workflows, AI-powered development tooling, or advanced dev toolingWhat we have in store for youA mission-driven opportunity with the possibility to be a true disruptor of the B2B landscape, empowering thousands of businesses to reach operational excellenceA competitive and fair compensation package incl.
