Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with 3–5+ years of US-based experience, ideally in California, to lead a large-scale commercial or residential project. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of a major electrical project from planning to completion. Ensure compliance with NEC codes and local electrical regulations. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedule and budget. Oversee procurement, subcontracts, and resource allocation. Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. 3–5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience in the US; California experience highly preferred. Proven experience managing multi-million dollar commercial or residential projects. Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical standards. Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing complex projects.Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
