Location: Remote.A note from the founderYouTube is the second-largest search engine and the most underbuilt asset for workforce strategy firms.The Wilkinson Firm has the founder voice, the operator content, and the buyer relevance to build a real channel. We have not built one yet. That is what this seat changes.We need a YouTube channel manager who can run the operation: thumbnail design, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, retention-optimized edits, posting cadence, analytics tracking, and the path from view to inbound conversation.This is a performance role with a clear climb. Modest retainer at start.
