Citi is very excited to be launching our Mentoring Programme in Risk Management. The programme is designed for university students interested in pursuing a career finance & banking, with focus on risk management. Successful applicants will be assigned a mentor from the Citi Risk Management Team. Over a five-month period, they will support their mentee in building knowledge of Citi, financial industry, and risk management. Citi, as one of the biggest, global banks, has variety of risk divisions that support banking business. Part of it are credit risk, market risk, counterparty credit risk, climate risk, operational risk, algorithmic trading, pricing, model development and validation, risk regulations & governance, risk reporting & monitoring. During the programme, our senior managers will share their experience and industry insights, advise you on differences between various risk roles and guide on possible career opportunities within finance & banking, with focus on risk management. In this mentorship programme running from November 2026 to April 2027, you will meet your mentor 5 times for a one-to-one virtual discussion. We will invite you to a welcome and end of program meetings as well.
