Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth daily operations across the teamHandle email correspondence professionally and promptly, drafting, organizing, and routingcommunications to appropriate departments or personnelPerform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring alldocuments are up to date and easily retrievableSupport insurance verification processes, assist with insurance-related inquiries, and maintainaccurate records of insurance documentation and patient communicationOversee platform management tasks using tools such as Office Ally and SimplePractice, ensuringdata integrity and consistent use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for all administrative functionsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in using insurance verification platforms, particularly Office Ally and Skillful Practice. Solid understanding of insurance terminology, verification processes, and workflows, enabling minimal onboarding and training. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Assertive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
