VP Client Partner - Large Banks Client Focus

Base salary range: $240k - $275k Total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus plan, and RSU's Location - Preference for NYC Tristate Area - Remote with travel to EXL offices and client sites as needed for business purposes. This role will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with respective leaders at large U.S. banks where EXL has an established presence but limited penetration.The individual will leverage deep industry expertise and executive relationships to identify opportunities. Working closely with account teams, solution leaders, and delivery teams, the role will help position EXL's Data, Analytics, AI, and Operations capabilities to address key Banking priorities and drive incremental revenue growth.This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role focused on executive engagement, opportunity creation, account expansion, and long-term client partnership development.Ideal Candidate Profile:A current Top Tier Consulting Firm Client Partner who has past experience as a client executive, senior banker, or industry sales leader with an established & maintained network across large banking organizations and a demonstrated track record of expanding strategic accounts, opening new executive relationships, and converting business priorities into consulting and transformation opportunities within those organizations.Originally posted on Himalayas
