The successful candidate will have quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision. If you enjoy data entry and can work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting, please get in touch.Data Entry responsibilities:Data Entry responsibilitiesReview, fact-check and process invoices for payoutIndex invoices and file them in the appropriate placesIdentify unpaid invoices and notify the appropriate partiesDisperse and monitor petty cash resourcesEvaluate and process expense reports from employees and executivesPrepare checks for disbursementMaintain accurate and thorough vendor recordsEvaluate and approve POsEstablish positive rapport with employees and vendorsFill in on AR side when neededREQUIREMENTS:Data Entry skills3+ years data entry experience or AP experienceBachelors degree in finance or business accepted in lieu of experienceSpeed of at least 8,000 KPH on the number keys with minimal errorsAbility to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial mattersExcellent bookkeeping and organisational skillsComfortable with accepting and applying constructive criticismAdvanced mathematical skillsBenefits: Pension, profit sharing and health and welfare plans.
