Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist I

Job Characteristics:Interviews and recommends placement of candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions. May recruit executive level employees. Responsible for significant projects such as vendor management or special initiative recruiting efforts (field sales recruiting). Education/Work Experience:Advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business required. Typically has five to seven years of experience. Independence Level/Reports to:General supervision. Very difficult to check work. Errors may cause delay, expense and disruption. Normally reports to Staffing Manager.
