Application Deadline: 10/30/2026 Address: VIRTUAL59 - REMOTE/TELETRAVAIL - ON - BMO Job Family Group: Strategy & Change The Manager, Registered Plans Support role is responsible for providing specialized support and oversight for Registered Disability Savings Plans (RDSPs) and Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs). This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Client Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and external government agencies including ESDC and the CRA. The successful candidate will ensure effective servicing, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of RDSP and RESP processes for Advisors, Dealers, and internal BMO partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with Sales, Client Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and external agencies such as ESDC and CRA to support Advisors, Dealers, and BMO Sales teams with the servicing of RDSP and RESP plans. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex RDSP and RESP servicing issues raised by Sales teams or Client Services. Provide hands‑on support to Advisors and Dealers with the processing and administration of RDSP and RESP plans, as required. Serve as the key contact for RDSP and RESP NIGO (Not In Good Order) items, working with Transfer Agency and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Monitor, track, and analyze NIGOs specific to RDSP and RESP plans to identify root causes and recurring issues. Maintain ongoing oversight of RDSP and RESP activity, identifying trends and systemic issues impacting Advisors and Dealers. Coordinate and support scheduled communications to clients and Advisors, in partnership with the Sales team and/or Contact Centre. Make recommendations to improve servicing models, processes, and support for registered plans, with a particular focus on RDSPs and RESPs. Assist with the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and support materials related to RDSP and RESP plans. Work closely with the Product Support team on RDSP/RESP‑related issues and contribute to the creation and enhancement of registered plan support materials. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of RDSP and RESP products, servicing requirements, and regulatory considerations Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve complex plan issues Strong coordination and relationship‑management skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders Detail‑oriented, with the ability to identify trends and systemic issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while operating effectively within a cross‑functional team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting registered investment plans within the Canadian financial services industry Familiarity with Transfer Agency servicing models, dealer operations, and Advisor workflows Understanding of CRA and ESDC reporting and registration requirements for RDSPs and RESPs Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle. Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience. Data driven decision making - In-depth. Salary: $55,500.00 - $120,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
