Key Responsibilities Provide daily engineering support to machining and assembly production areas. Assist in resolving production issues that impact safety, quality, delivery, or productivity. Monitor production performance and support corrective actions to address process inefficiencies. Support production teams in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Participate in troubleshooting equipment, tooling, fixture, and assembly process issues. Respond to production disruptions and help implement containment and permanent corrective actions. Project and Engineering Support Assist with equipment installation, product transfers, process changes, and process validation activities. Support implementation of engineering changes and new product introductions. Participate in PFMEA, process reviews, and risk assessments. Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data.
