Playing a key role in supporting our apprenticeship provision, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of learner data, funding claims and compliance processes across the FI network.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in delivering high standards. In return, you'll join a supportive team where your work has a direct impact on maintaining the quality and compliance of our award-winning apprenticeship programmes.Duties and responsibilities include:Completing internal audit checks on apprentice evidence packs, to ensure eligibility for fundingProcessing ILR data to make monthly funding claims for all apprenticesManagement of E-Portfolio and Apprenticeship MIS system, ensuring data integrity at all timesTaking responsibility for individual Centre(s) audit feedback, SLAs and compliance queries – ensuring that all advice adheres to the Apprenticeship Funding Rules Maintaining strong working relationships within the Central Apprenticeship Team and the Wider FI NetworkAttendance and participation in network meetingsMonitoring and management of internal Helpdesk Other ad hoc projects to ensure data integrityQualifications, skills and experienceEssential:Excellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively to prioritise workloadStrong IT skillsPrevious administration experienceAbility to work from homeDesirable:Previous experience of apprenticeships Prior experience of apprenticeship software(e.g. – PICS) Previous experience of home working Benefits25 days annual leave rising to 30 over 5 years’ service PLUS bank holidaysRemote working, all necessary equipment provided Flexible-working positive employer with a range of family-friendly policiesEmployee Assistance Programme: 24-hour confidential access to counselling and support servicesCompetitive Pension Training and development opportunities Long term career prospects in a growing company Employee perks including a range of discounts to suit your lifestyle Originally posted on Himalayas
