Working with a dedicated automations engineering team, you will own the systems that ensure the Legal Team scales with the company: contract management, vendor relationships (including outside counsel billing and guidelines) and the overall legal tech stack. The goal is simple: help define what a legal organization looks like in the AI native era.In this role, you will:Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal. Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), matter management, and creating an e-billing systemsManage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance trackingWork with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the teamDefine metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload and performancePartner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operatesWho you are:You are a strategist and an operator.
