We are currently seeking a RVP Services Sales to join us in this high impact role at the centre of Salesforce's growth story in ANZ. Building on a strong Enterprise Services foundation, you will lead a team of senior, high-performing Account Partners to accelerate bookings and revenue growth across Salesforce Professional Services. A strategic thinker with enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional acumen, you'll bring high energy, sharp sales management instincts, and outstanding people leadership. The RVP engages regularly with C-level client executives and builds strong internal partnerships across core Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Success is measured primarily by YOY growth in overall services bookings and revenue. Your Impact: Exceed regional growth and bookings targets, managing a team responsible for high customer satisfaction goals for a book of business in excess of $50M Lead, grow & motivate an experienced team of Account Partners to create long-lasting customer relationships and deliver customer business value Formulate and execute sales strategy to maximize business growth across ANZ with nuanced go-to-market approaches based on local buying patterns Engage at the C-Level with customers and focus on consultative selling opportunities Build a strong partnership with the License Sales organisation and regional Alliances/Partner organisations that are instrumental to success Coach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/development Help the license and services team to envision and sell large outcome-based deals in the largest accounts in Australia and New Zealand Work proactively with the partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and successful deployment of Salesforce Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closings and run the business. Monitor sales activity and track results Support other RVPs and AP’s by participating in and leading new and existing C-level client meetings; engage corporate resources as required to clearly communicate Salesforce's solutions and generate business value for our customers Required Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrated sales management experience, either in the Salesforce ecosystem or complex professional services sales organisation, in the technology industry Experience growing & leading an experienced team of technology sales professionals, ideally in enterprise with $50M+ book of business Proven track record of over-achieving quota in a similar enterprise software application firm, selling subscription based products or large digital transformation Excellent ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships where you are recognised as a trusted advisor Knowledge of CRM platforms and typical CRM/Innovation projects Excellent presentation and listening skills Highly collaborative and excels in a complex, matrixed environment Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Why This Role, Why Now?
