Job Description Summary The Source Change Manager role will lead a portfolio of source changes (supplier to supplier or NPI) through the CEM Source Change Process. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of source changes while ensuring compliance to all relevant GE processes. They will partner with the Quality, Engineering, Delivery, and Source Change leadership to drive OTD, executional excellence and reduce source change lead time. Deploys FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to support team problem solving Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced aerospace professional with strong shop floor credibility, solid project management skills, and a track record of driving execution across suppliers and cross-functional teams. They are action-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at solving problems quickly to protect delivery and continuity of supply. A strong communicator and collaborator, they thrive in fast-paced environments and use FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and results. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 3 years of shop floor experience Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination Proven ability to lead projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved Experience managing project schedules, priorities, and resource coordination in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive execution and resolve issues effectively English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level or above Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, based on business needs Flexibility to work across local and U.S. time zones as needed Preferred Qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
