For our site in Wuppertal, we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (m/f/d) – Manufacturing Finance The Senior Finance Analyst (m/d/d) will be a key business partner to the Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain teams, supporting financial planning, month-end close activities and operational decision making to improve Wuppertal site performance. Working closely with the Site Finance Manager, the role will take ownership of key finance processes and assigned areas, providing independent financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support business performance. The position requires a strong combination of manufacturing finance expertise, analytical capabilities and business partnering skills, with the ability to operate independently and progressively take on broader responsibilities within site finance. A day in the Life: Partner directly with Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, providing financial insights, constructively challenging assumptions and supporting operational decision making. Analyse transactional and operational data, identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations. Support financial performance reviews for assigned areas and communicate key findings and recommendations to Finance and operational stakeholders. Contribute to post-acquisition integration activities and the implementation and adoption of new systems and standardized processes, including SAP, Oracle and other finance tools. Build strong cross-functional relationships and independently manage assigned finance topics end-to-end, escalating material risks and decisions to the Site Finance Manager as appropriate.riate. Keys to Success: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance plus 5+ years of progressive and relevant professional experience in Manufacturing Finance, preferably within an international manufacturing environment. ·Strong understanding of manufacturing finance and business processes, including manufacturing costs, standard costing, variance analysis, inventory, absorption, accruals, budgeting and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned finance areas and processes end-to-end, from analysis and problem identification through recommendation and follow-up. Proficient user of finance and analytical systems such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI and Excel. Experience with ERP implementation or migration projects is considered an advantage. Minimum C1 level German language skills and strong professional English.
