State Street is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Network Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the control framework of State Street's global Agent Bank (Subcustodians and Cash Correspondents) network, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal oversight model which satisfies various jurisdictional regulatory requirement and expectations. This role is ideal for an individual interested in Global Custody, Market Infrastructure, Regulatory developments, and Third-Party oversight. Primary Responsibilities Support oversight of State Street's global Agent Bank network, ensuring that oversight and associated deadlines are met. Support Forum management governance, control and associated reporting . Support the annual Due Diligence review and risk assessment process to ensuring monitoring an oversight obligation are met. Partner with Legal, Audit, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Relationship Management teams on Network Management -related initiatives. Support external vendor Relationship Management and associated projects Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding Network Management services/ tasks. Support strategic Network Management initiatives. Identify and contribute towards continuous enhancements and efficiencies to Network Management related processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in custody, securities services, banking, financial markets, risk, compliance, operations, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Global Custody, Securities Settlement, and Market Infrastructure. Experience with Due Diligence, Third-Party oversight, Audit, Risk, or Compliance activities. Familiarity with Agent Banks, Central Depositories, and Regulatory frameworks. Salary Range: $52,000 - $87,880 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
