Who We Are Looking For State Street is seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join the AI Strategy & Product Management team as an Officer. Reporting to the AI Strategy & Product Manager, Vice President, this individual will play a key role in helping accelerate the adoption and scaling of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and coordinate across business, data, product, and technology stakeholders. The AI Strategy & Product Management team is responsible for helping define the vision, governance, prioritization, and execution of AI initiatives across businesses and functions. As an Officer on the team, you will help bridge business objectives and technical execution, enable the successful delivery of AI opportunities while supporting strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and platform evolution. You will gain broad exposure across the organization while helping shape the future of AI at State Street. What You Will Be Responsible For As an AI Strategy & Product Management Officer, you will: Support the execution of AI Product Operating Domains (PODs), helping to coordinate activities across business and technology stakeholders. Assist in framing business intake requirements and establishing prioritization criteria for AI opportunities. Contribute to the development of business cases that assess value, feasibility, and strategic alignment for AI enablement initiatives. Help manage and track AI initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable product and technical considerations. Contribute to the evolution of the AI platform roadmap by distilling business needs into platform capabilities and development priorities. Assist in evaluating AI deployment models, including platform development, distributable capabilities, and business-use-case implementations. Support roadshows, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to communicate the AI value proposition across State Street. Develop presentation materials, executive updates, and communications for senior leadership audiences. Assist with strategic initiatives across the AI organization, including client reporting, executive reporting, and Board-level reporting. Support governance, metrics tracking, and periodic reviews of AI programs and strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve AI adoption, scalability, and business impact. Required Skills and Experience Familiarity with State Street's enterprise strategy, business model, and key business drivers. Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build partnerships across diverse teams. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High-level understanding of enterprise data assets, data management concepts, and AI deployment models. Familiarity with AI delivery approaches, including platform development, reusable distributable, and business-specific use cases. Understanding of business intake processes, business requirement definition, prioritization methodologies, and technology delivery lifecycles. Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and reports. Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and develop practical recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience supporting strategy, product management, transformation, innovation, technology, or AI-related initiatives. Exposure to financial services, asset management, asset servicing, or fintech environments. Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or enterprise AI governance frameworks is a plus. Location & Work Schedule This role follows a hybrid work model and requires regular on-site presence in one of the following locations: Boston, MA Austin, TX Princeton, NJ Salary Range: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
