We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented to join our pre-construction team. In this role, you will analyze architectural and structural blueprints to generate precise material takeoffs and competitive cost estimates for both light-gauge/structural steel framing and wood framing packages. Your calculations and strategic bids will directly drive our project profitability and operational success.RequirementsTechnical Knowledge & Skills Required: Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience 2+ years of construction estimating experience, with specific hands-on knowledge of wood and steel framing systems.
