At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. We are growing our Global Communications team and hiring a Public Relations Lead to help drive the narratives behind how Snowflake is shaping the future of enterprise AI. This role sits within Corporate Communications and focuses on some of our highest-impact storytelling: bringing customer proof points to life, supporting executive thought leadership, and building PR programs for Snowflake's emerging and growth markets. You will work across programs ranging from earnings and executive visibility to customer campaigns and international market launches, with real ownership, variety, and room to build. We are looking for someone who is equal parts strategist and executor, scrappy and organized, and energized by working at the intersection of corporate narrative and customer impact. AS A SNOWFLAKE PR LEAD, YOU WILL: - Own and drive PR programs that amplify Snowflake's customer success, sourcing stories, building campaigns, and securing meaningful earned media coverage - Support executive thought leadership programs for senior Snowflake leaders, translating company strategy into compelling external narratives - Lead PR strategy and execution for Snowflake's emerging markets, including international media relations, agency management, and stakeholder coordination - Develop and pitch press materials (press releases, bylines, media briefs, and reactive statements) that translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant stories - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, Investor Relations, and executive leadership to identify and capitalize on high-value story opportunities - Support corporate PR moments including quarterly earnings, major company announcements, and tier-one events as needed - Build and optimize AI-powered workflows to streamline media monitoring, reporting, content development, and other day-to-day PR operations, always looking for smarter, faster ways to work - Manage reporting, internal communications, and operational workflows that keep programs running smoothly across a distributed team OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: - 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, within B2B technology, enterprise SaaS, or a top-tier agency with relevant clients - A track record of owning programs end-to-end: from strategy to execution to demonstrated results, with minimal oversight - Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical product narratives into compelling, business-outcome focused content - Experience managing media relationships across trade, business, and/or international outlets - Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously. You are organized, proactive, and have an entrepreneurial mindset - A natural curiosity about AI and automation, with demonstrated experience building AI-assisted workflows or integrating new tools into your day-to-day work to move faster and work smarter - Experience managing PR agencies and/or with international or emerging market PR is a strong plus - A bias for action and a builder mentality. You see gaps and fill them; you do not wait for someone to tell you what to do - Familiarity with media monitoring tools, CRM/reporting platforms, and PR measurement frameworks - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience This role requires remote and in-office work at our Menlo Park, CA office. Snowflake is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that diverse teams drive innovation and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
